A reciprocial parametric structure
This research project aims to apply reciprocical structural principle to a parametric form, similar to forms found in nature, such as branches growing out of a tree stem. We used various shapes and build various physical models from the 3D digital model.

Function follows form
The flat panels, once assembled, can be used as a shaded canopy, or as a reflective canopy at night at sea, powered by solar or swell energy. The use emerged literally from the form, allowing its hidden identity to emerge.
