Indonesia is populous (270 millions people) and with its burstling middle class, there has been a huge demand for housing. Designed to be affordable for the middle class, 8 towers of 32 stories rise above a retail podium.
II.
Built in 18 months
The project is a design and build contract with a construction period of 18 months. Special steel formwork was ordered from France to cope with the speed of one level completed every three days for the superstructure; and four days for the interiors. The eight towers were built at the same time.
