For this corner lot in an urban infill site, instead of layering the program functions on top of each other, and 'closing' the corner in one single building, offices and apartments are separated in two buildings. Common public terraces between the two buildings and common stairs to connect them offer outdoor space for work or leisure, connecting different people. The corner is dissolved creating a quasi public space within the private courtyard.
